If, after purchasing your vehicle, you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to return it within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. To exercise this right, you must comply with the following:

  • The vehicle must be returned in its original condition, without damage, and with all documents and accessories included at delivery.

  • The vehicle must be delivered to our showroom or reception center at Av. de las Brisas, 55, 03189 Alicante, Spain.

  1. Return Process

To initiate the return process:

a. Notify your intention to return: Within 7 days of receiving the vehicle, email contact@miniwagen.com.

b. Provide necessary information: Include your order number, vehicle description, and reasons for return. Our team will provide instructions to complete the return.

  1. Return Conditions

  • Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be returned as delivered, without damage or modifications, with all original accessories and documents.

  • Transportation Costs: We will cover return transportation costs and arrange for vehicle collection without additional charges to you.

  1. Refund

After verifying the vehicle at our facilities, we will refund the total amount paid (excluding optional services) within 14 days of receipt, using the original payment method.

  1. 2-Year Warranty

All vehicles come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects or technical failures. If you encounter issues within this period, contact us for repair or replacement without additional costs.

  1. Exceptions to the Return Policy

We do not accept returns of vehicles that have been modified, used commercially, or significantly damaged.
